Receiving your photos

A few favorites first, then your full gallery. Here’s when to expect your photos and how to keep them safe.

Sneak peeks within 7 days

You can expect a sneak peek of your session within 7 days of your shoot—a little preview while Sarah works on your full gallery.

Your full gallery within 30 days

Your complete gallery will be available within 30 days of your session. You’ll receive a link to your Pic-Time gallery, where you can view and download your photos.

Download your photos when they arrive

Please download all of your photos when you receive your full gallery. Use the gallery’s download option to save the image files rather than taking screenshots. Once downloaded, check that your files open correctly and keep a second copy somewhere separate, such as an external drive or cloud storage.

Your gallery is available for 6 months

Your Pic-Time gallery will remain available for 6 months from the date your full gallery is delivered. Galleries are not stored on Pic-Time indefinitely, so please save your complete collection before that window ends. Your gallery is a place to receive your photos, not a permanent backup.
